June 20th is the summer solstice and it's a time when Summer reminds us that there is hope in the world, that the light within can spread to the far reaches of the globe and inspire others. We can nurture others, just as the Sun nurtures us. Using this inspiration as a jumping off point I will be leading you in creating a bloom of lacy flowers and leaves using washes of watercolor and dots of opaque gouache all growing towards the airy sky into an imagined globe.

You will need the following materials for this project:
A pencil with eraser
watercolors, I am using this Kuretake set
assorted watercolor brushes similar to the one in this set
a compass
glasses with water
paper towels
masking tape
Expansion Project: Create your own intentions meditation
Record yourself reading your intentions to yourself as an audio file on your phone.Then listen to the audio and your voice.
Does it sound like you believe these things are possible?
If so then listen to this audio once a day and reflect on what you are flowing towards.
If you do not believe these things are possible, then sit with a piece of paper and ask yourself “what keeps me from believing this is possible for me? Do other people have what I am asking for?” Write down your response.
After doing this, repeat what you are calling in again and add, “Universe show me the way.”
